Reciprocal Golfing Privileges may be granted to members of other private clubs when‑
(a)     prior arrangements are made with the Club Professional by a reciprocal private club as defined by the G.A.O. or G.A.M.
(b)     prior arrangements are made with the General Manager and it is deemed appropriate to extend privileges to members of other private clubs when special situations may arise such as requests from visitors from out of town, other private clubs because of an unusual situation or certain dignitaries.
